The Breg (formerly Bledsoe) PFS provides constant elastic tension and pressure which alleviates pain due to inflammation from plantar fasciitis. The PFS reduces pain, which allows the muscles to strengthen in the foot, arch, and lower leg. The PFS also gently stretches the Achilles tendon to prevent injury/re-injury and discomfort. How this differentiates from shoe inserts and non-elastic bands the PFS always provides tension while wearing the strap. This allows the patient to exercise the foot muscles and calf.

The Bledsoe PFS Plantar Fasciitis Strap is a great and inexpensive way to reduce inflammation due to its anatomically designed fit and control. There are two sizes that can adjust for better fit and comfort. This can be applied in as quickly as 10-20 seconds, and with its breathable foam you will always be comfortable. Also added is a wickable fabric that will effectively draw sweat away from the skin that can often cause skin irritation and affect the cleanliness of the strap.
